To return an item, please contact the seller directly via Vinyllia messaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Each seller may have their own return policy, but we encourage all our sellers to accept returns for damaged items or items that do not match the description.

To create a store, log into your account and access the "My Store" section in your profile. Follow the instructions to set up your store, add a description, logo and start selling your vinyl records. If you need additional help, don't hesitate to contact our support team.

Delivery times vary depending on the seller and chosen shipping method. Generally, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery can take an additional 3 to 10 days depending on your location. Precise delivery time information is provided during the ordering process.

You can contact a seller by visiting their store page and clicking the "Contact" button. You can also access messaging from your account to see all your conversations with sellers. If you have already made a purchase, you can contact the seller directly from your order details page.
